COVID-19 protocol

At the direction of our regulatory bodies, we have implemented measures to ensure the health and safety of our team and clients.  Please note the following changes which have been made to our appointment process:

Pet owners must remain outside of the building and cannot be permitted inside during their pet’s treatment.  At your appointment time, a staff member will collect your pet from your car using a sanitized leash and collar.  Once your pet’s treatment is complete, your pet will be returned to you and your rehab practitioner will discuss their findings.

As we are conducting extra sanitization between appointments in excess of our standard protocols, we are not able to accommodate early arrivals.  We ask that you remain in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

Payment for treatment may be accepted by card over the telephone, or by e-transfer.  Following your appointment your invoice will be emailed to you, along with current payment options.

Impact on recreational swims

While our indoor pool remains closed, please visit our Facebook page to check out our outdoor pool!  Availability of swims is weather-dependent.  Please refer to our recreational swimming page for pricing.

Recreational swimming in our indoor pool is offered on a primarily self-serve basis.  Unfortunately, as we are not able to allow owners in the building at this time, our indoor recreational swim service has been suspended.

We will update our website and social media when we are able to resume our normal activities.  To be specifically contacted when indoor swim service resumes, please contact us by email to be added to our Swim List.
